How long does a repair visit take?
Most take under an hour once a technician is at the door. An alignment adjustment is quick; a strip, clean and lubricate on a seized outdoor lock takes a little longer; and where a component genuinely is finished, replacing it on the same visit adds time but saves a second callout entirely.
Can several locks be looked at in one visit?
